SOIREMAIN – Cancellation, Shipping & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. This 24-hour window is based on the order confirmation date, not the product release date or payment date.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours from the order confirmation date will be charged a 15% restocking/pre-order fee.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Damaged,
  • Defective, or
  • Incorrectly fulfilled.

If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement. If the item is out of stock, you may apply the funds toward another product of your choice.

All returns must be sent back first before exchanges are processed.


Shipping Policy

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse once all items in your order are in stock.

Note: Media Mail, Priority Mail, and Standard Mail are shipping methods provided by USPS. These methods do not expedite the processing of your order within our warehouse.

All shipments are packed with extreme care to ensure your order arrives safely.


Pre-Order Policy

Payment is required immediately upon placing a pre-order. Once the shipment arrives, we will notify you via email and update you once your order has shipped.

**ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS ARE PERMITTED ON OUR EXCLUSIVE COMIC PRE-ORDERS**


Why Pre-Order?

When you pre-order from SOIREMAIN, we reserve that item for you from our incoming shipment. In many cases, our shipments sell out before arrival, meaning only customers who pre-ordered are guaranteed to receive the item.

All pre-orders ship 2–3 business days after the product’s release date (unless we receive the item after its official release date).

Lost or Stolen Packages

SOIREMAIN is not responsible for stolen packages once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered. It is your responsibility to track and secure your packages.
